Hi! I'm Ellie, the ice cream fanatic behind Ellie O's! I have always been an avid baker and ice cream enthusiast, so, in 2021 I decided to combine my two loves and share them with the world.
I am excited to announce the launch of Ellie O's, my ice cream sandwich business with its very own catering cart! I will be down at the Nantucket Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings, as well as rolling around the island to cater private events.
